Villa Asmara is suitable for groups of up to 10 people. During your stay, you can use the services of our staff (the housekeeper, gardener, security and help desk) six days per week. The house and rooms are cleaned, the pool and garden are maintained, and meals can be cooked to your specifications at the cost of the ingredients. A welcome pack, gas, electricity, tap water, drinking water, and tourist tax as well as the use of towels, beach towels, and bed linens are also included in the price. A broadband internet connection is also free to use. We offer a laundry service, and there is a car and driver at your disposal for a very reasonable fee.

A complete five-star package for a luxurious and carefree holiday in your private villa. The villa is reserved exclusively for you during your stay. There are no other guests. 

Prices are based on a stay with 2 guests. Each additional guest costs an extra 20 EUR/day. Maximum of two people per bedroom, excluding children under three years. The minimum stay period is 3 nights in low/mid season and 7 nights in high season.

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the rental price. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before arrival. You must arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance.
